EAST WAY PROPERTIES (PRIVATE) LIMITED provides this collection of number puzzle games. This policy explains the app’s local storage, support configuration requests and optional customer support.

Playing the games

You do not need an account to play. High scores, progress and preferences are stored on your device. The app does not upload gameplay records. This version contains no advertising, purchases or analytics SDK, and does not request access to contacts, photos, microphone, camera or device location.

Online support configuration

The app contacts vest-api.wjlaunch.com over HTTPS to retrieve the current Telegram support link and, when available, a feedback submission endpoint. The request contains the app package identifier. As with an internet connection, the server and its hosting provider may receive your IP address, request time and basic technical connection information for delivery and abuse prevention.

Optional feedback and Telegram support

The feedback feature is optional. If you type a message and tap send, the message text and app identifier are sent over HTTPS to our support service and may be forwarded to our Telegram support chat. Opening Telegram is also your choice; the app asks before leaving and does not send a Telegram message automatically. If you contact us through Telegram or email, we receive the message and the account information that service makes available to recipients, such as your display name, username or email address.

Telegram is a separate service with its own privacy policy. If Telegram cannot open, you may copy the support link or open it in a browser.

Use, sharing and security

We use submitted feedback only to provide customer support and improve app functionality. The configuration service and hosting provider process network requests. Telegram processes feedback forwarded to our support chat and messages you choose to send. We do not sell personal data. Network communication with our service uses HTTPS.

Storage and deletion

Local game data remains on your device until you clear the app’s storage or uninstall it, subject to device backup settings. Feedback is retained only as long as needed to handle the request, resolve related disputes or meet legal obligations. To request deletion of support correspondence held by us, contact the email below and identify the conversation. Telegram’s own storage and deletion controls apply separately.

Age audience

This app is intended for players aged 13 and above and is not directed at children under 13. Contact us if you believe a child has supplied personal information in a support message.
